![]() And, in a neat twist, you can loot vials that allow you to switch to one of the shells on the fly, which is helpful when you run across a boss who gives you trouble while you're in a particular shell. ![]() After that, encounters that were maddeningly tough the first time sometimes became trifling, taking this from what I thought was one of the toughest Souls-likes I’d ever played to one of the easier ones in its latter two thirds. Mortal Shell didn't really click for me, for instance, until I upgraded Tiel's shell so that sprinting no longer depletes stamina and incoming blows sometimes chop off stamina instead of health. If you find yourself struggling as I did early on, upgrading these shells can really pull your fat out of the fire. And just to round things out, there's Solomon, who has a longer "resolve" meter for unleashing the special skills you'll get from upgrading weapons. My second favorite was Eredrim, whose health bar seems to stretch on forever (but who has virtually no stamina as a result). He got even better when I customized him by fleshing out his perk trees. He’s a roguish character with a massive stamina pool for dodging, which is essential to my playstyle. I had much more fun when I found my personal favorite, Tiel the Acolyte. ![]() He's a dull chap, though, with balanced stats and dull perks. A sizable resolution bump to 4K makes Mortal Shell look absolutely razor sharp, while a noted increase in texture detail makes the nightmarish worlds and denizens of the game really pop in a. 15.“You start off with Harros, a regular knight with balanced stats.SWORD ART ONLINE HOLLOW REALIZATION CUSA04737 hard work pays off trophy (6) Five Nights at Freddy's VR/Flat Mode PS4 All Levels Unlocked + Vhs (8) One Piece Odyssey - CUSA20354 (YAYA cubes + Side stories) (17) (EU) - GTA San Andreas (PS4) 100% Trophy + Others (28) Dead Island - Defintive Edition (CUSA03291) (9) Callisto Protocol Hardcore Game Save (34) Subnautica Below Zero - Finding The Cure (CUSA18058) (0) Subnautica Below Zero - Out Of Mind (CUSA18058) (3) HOW TO SURVIVE 2 (GOD-MODE + Full Modded) CUSA07008 (8) Riddled Corpses EX - CUSA12156 Platinum Save (4) Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Platinum Save Unlockable trophies 100% Parallel Quest & I've Come for Y (11) That's it for this boss i guess, he has different attacks but since dodge in this game has a lot of i-frames and it's op, dodge or harden should be enough to avoid any attack animation. Trophies pop after killing it and ascending, if you decide to not ascend, you'll be teleported back to the hub area and you're gonna have to kill the boss all over again. Hardest part is dealing with the summons during the second phase, i switched to the hallowed sword by using Tattered Vestment in the quick items, dodge their attacks and light attack after, if you're about to trade hits, use harden, switch back to Martyr's Sword when going for the boss again by using Martyr's Shawl in the quick itens menu. At the start of the fight he will charge at you with an arm swipe, lock-on, while standing still press dodge button for a backstep, has enough i-frames to keep you safe and you can start spamming light attack on his face right away, 2 to 4 attacks on his head should be enough to stun him, backstep to avoid getting hit by his head and spam light attack, keep attacking even after he gets up, if he starts an attack animation after getting himself up, harden and try to hit his head for a second stun if possible, if he jumps back and charges at you the same way, repeat the process, when waves starts to come at you, run towards it and roll dodge, harden after rolling the second wave if he's already charging at you, if you have enough time before he charges, backstep and repeat the process. Martyr's Sword is maxed out, use that for damage and Hallowed Sword for summons since its quicker(they get one shot anyway). Remove everything from Quick Items and place only Martyr's Shawl and Tattered Vestment from "unlimited use" tab in the inventory menu. This isn't the best strategy for the boss, here are a couple of tips that helped me and maybe will help you, there are probably videos on youtube with better strategies and explained a lot better than this. Go upstairs and enter the hole where the chained NPC that asks for Glands was to begin the boss fight. I recommend backing up your own saved data before re-signing everything. Not sure if anyone made it available yet, but here is my saves for mortal shell, first save slot is my main character on ng+2, not sure if you can unlock anything with it, and the second save slot is at the last boss needed for Forever Alone and Life is Suffering trophies.
